We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, with a primary focus on the US market. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies. Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design, branding, and development are crucial to understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound: Qualify and manage leads generated through inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing efforts. Ensure timely follow-ups with the goal of converting qualified leads into clients.
• Outbound Sales: Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, inbound inquiries, and marketing efforts.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Consultative Selling: Use your knowledge of UI/UX design, branding, and development to identify client needs and provide customized solutions/proposals.
• Account Growth: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Market Research: Understand the competitive landscape and trends in the US market, using insights to refine sales strategies.
